Michael Jones
Following graduation from Georgia Tech in 1987, Michael Jones remained with the university as a software engineer for more than 13 years. In 1997 he began developing software applications for the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority in Atlanta. He then played a key role in the development and implementation of digital document management for Superior Court Clerk offices statewide.
Michael holds master’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Georgia. He is responsible for overseeing the development of the technology that is at the core of the leading edge solutions provided by MST.
Dalton T. Sirmans
Coming from a completely different industry, Dalton T. Sirmans filled a variety of roles during his 13 years with Community Newspapers, Inc. based in Athens, Georgia. As a newspaper publisher and then regional marketing director, his focus was primarily business management of multiple publications located in diverse markets.
Dalton earned his bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University in criminal justice and sociology. He is responsible for the day-to-day business leadership of MST.
