MST employs our proprietary Independent Double Entry & Electronic Verification® or IDEEV®. Under this system, two independent team members index records separately. Neither indexer knows how the other is indexing a record. We then use MST verification software to electronically compare the two entries, column by column and row by row, highlighting any discrepancies between entries. The MST verification staff then corrects any mistakes and the final IDEEV version is generated.
