MST three-step process:

1. Conversion – Imaging or scanning your records in order to create digital documents. MST provides flexible, affordable options for conversion.
  • Full Service – With this option, MST handles it all. We provide the technicians, scanning equipment and other tools to ensure high quality record imaging. We can do this on site or off site at the MST Data Center near Atlanta.

  • Self Service – You and your staff will be responsible for imaging records while MST provides project management guidance, software and possibly even the scanning equipment.

  • Combination – MST and your staff will work together in order to develop and complete a successful imaging project.

2. Indexing – Often overlooked, but this is the most important step. Here, every record is filed electronically by the criteria necessary to provide accurate search and retrieval. Again, MST provides flexible, affordable options for indexing.
  • Full Service – MST will provide the manpower to properly index and electronically file all digital records, as well as verifying the quality of indexing.

  • Self Service – You and your staff will be responsible for properly indexing all records, as well as verifying the quality of indexing

  • Combination – MST and your staff will work together to index and verify indexing quality.

3. Access – MST will create a secure, Online Record Room where all public digital documents are accessed. This will include establishing fees and printing rates that will provide your office with additional revenue and also offer value to the subscriber.
  • End users will save the cost of gas and travel time to and from your office

  • Access will now be available 24/7 instead of 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday

  • Records can be searched, retrieved and printed from the comforts of home or the office

  • Providing better access to public records, and promoting this service, will generate new fee revenue
