MST manages millions of land records. Our solution begins when a document is filed, and includes imaging, indexing, storage, search, retrieval, printing and web access. This industry specific system is complimented with U.S. based Customer and Technical Support. For over a decade, the support team has answered questions or solved a problem on the first call from a customer for assistance 95 percent of the time.

Besides providing application software specific to managing land records, MST also offers Full Service Indexing. Expert staff is responsible for indexing millions of historic real estate records, and indexing new documents filed each and every day. This is all they do, which means MST's land record indexers are excellent.

Many customers utilize the MST land record management solution, but continue to use their own staff for indexing. That’s because the system is designed with the end user in mind. It is a vast improvement over traditional recording methods.

A combination of relying partially on both sets of staff members is also available. This works very well as the volume of land records filed on a daily basis can vary. At times, extra assistance may be needed by MST. On other days, government staff members are in position to record and index every new filing.

The key to quality and accuracy is available regardless of the option employed for document indexing. That’s because MST employs our proprietary Independent Double Entry & Electronic Verification® or IDEEV®. Under this system, two independent staff members index records separately. Neither indexer knows how the other is indexing the same record. Next, MST verification software electronically compares the two entries, highlighting any discrepancies between entries. An MST team member charged with verification addresses these exceptions, corrects any mistakes and the final version is generated.
