As a senior advisor for MST Advisory Services, Michelle M. Lucci, CRCM, CAMS, brings her clients more than 30 years’ experience in banking, regulation and third-party services. She has served as a dual-commissioned FDIC bank examiner for both Risk Management and Consumer Compliance examinations, acted as examiner-In-charge for Safety and Soundness, Compliance, BSA, and CRA examinations of state-chartered financial institutions, conducted de novo bank application investigations and served as acting review examiner in the Atlanta Regional Office. During the Great Recession-related financial crisis, she worked on Safety and Soundness examinations of troubled and failing National banks, Federal Reserve members and Savings Associations. She has been a financial and regulatory analyst at a $25 billion financial institution, and a BSA, OFAC and Community Reinvestment Act officer at a Tampa, Fla. bank.
For the past ten years Michelle has worked with bankers employing the Bankers’ Toolbox loan portfolio stress testing solution, Crest, customizing the solution to client loan portfolios and helping clients interpret their results and incorporate stress testing into their risk management programs. She has also worked with bankers using the company’s Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering monitoring solution, BAM+.
She is a frequent speaker at regulatory and banker conferences and events, and has authored numerous articles on stress testing and other banking topics.
